It is a cosmopolitian place - you can find different kind of people on Istiklal like <span class="yazi14px kalin">Chillout&#8230;</span> <br/><br/>Chillout has a different mood that you must try it&#8230; <br/>Full of joy in here, everywhere is full of color that resembles its character&#8230; <br/>Lots of Backpackers come and go..
